The new facility marks Envision\u2019s third manufacturing site in India and is a significant step in the company\u2019s \u20b9500 crore expansion plan to deepen its presence and strengthen manufacturing capabilities in the country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part of a \u20b9500 crore fresh investment<\/li>\n<li>Third manufacturing facility to accelerate PM\u2019s Atmanirbhar Bharat Mission<\/li>\n<li>Create 4,000 jobs with 2GW\/PA for 1,500 blades annually<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ground-breaking ceremony was graced by\u00a0<strong>Shri Devusinh Jesingbhai Chauhan<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Hon\u2019ble Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Kheda, Gujarat<\/strong>\u00a0as Chief Guest in the presence of dignitaries including\u00a0<strong>Shri Kiritsinh Sardarsang Dabhi<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>MLA, Dholka Assembly<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Shri Om Prakash Jat<\/strong><strong>, SP,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Shri Durgesh Agarwal<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Founder, DA Group<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Shri Prateek Agarwal<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Director, Ashwika Warehousing LLP<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>S H Rana, Divya Estate, \u00a0<\/strong>Management and senior management from Envision Energy India<strong>, led by<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Mr. RPV Prasad, Managing Director<\/strong>\u00a0among others.<\/p>\n<p>The launch of Envision Energy\u2019s new facility is fully aligned with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy\u2019s (MNRE)\u00a0<strong>Make-in-India<\/strong>\u00a0mandate, strengthening domestic manufacturing of renewable energy components and reducing reliance on imports. In addition, this milestone directly supports India\u2019s national commitment to achieve 50% of its installed power capacity from non-fossil sources by 2030, underscoring Envision\u2019s role as a trusted strategic partner in advancing the country\u2019s clean energy transition.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-83586 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/pnn.digital\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/PNN-2025-09-25T120540.287.jpg\" alt=\"Envision \" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Gujarat facility will manufacture up to\u00a0<strong>1,500 blades annually using six moulds<\/strong>\u00a0and will be equipped to produce blades for both\u00a0<strong>3.3 MW and 5 MW wind turbine platforms<\/strong>. In total, the project will support more than\u00a0<strong>4 GW of wind energy projects across 10+ sites in five districts of Gujarat<\/strong>, significantly strengthening the state\u2019s renewable energy capacity.<\/p>\n<p>The project will also generate significant local employment opportunities and strengthen the region\u2019s industrial ecosystem by integrating with local supply chains and supporting ancillary industries.
