Sharing his thoughts, actor Tushar Sadhu says,

“When a man reaches the age of 26–27 and is still unmarried, the pressure on parents to get him married starts increasing. Gradually, that pressure transfers to the individual as well. One begins to feel that time is passing, marriage is pending, and friends are already married with children. Everywhere, people keep asking the same question: ‘When are you getting married?’ This constant mental pressure stays with you. I had shared with Vipul sir that we should make a film on this subject. He had experienced something similar himself, so we started working on it together. We spoke to many people and heard their stories, which helped shape the screenplay. This film captures the journey of a 28-year-old man struggling with marriage pressure, while also showing how his parents deal with the situation.”

Director Vipul Sharma adds,

“The story of this film reflects a universal truth—this pressure is faced not only by men, but by women as well. That thought became the foundation of Bicharo Bachelor. The film shows how individuals in the 27–28 age bracket are pushed into marriage conversations, how parents begin searching for suitable matches, and what expectations boys and girls have from each other. This is a film everyone can relate to, as it sensitively portrays the impact of societal pressure on families and young adults.”

Bicharo Bachelor is all set to hit cinemas on 2 January 2026. With its perfect blend of humour, emotions, and clean entertainment, the film is expected to be a complete family entertainer for Gujarati audiences.
